Justin is a Clearwater, Florida native with strong ties in and around the Tampa Bay area. Justin graduated from Stetson University with a Degree in Accounting and Information Technology where he also played baseball. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Stetson University School of Law.

Justin is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar association and is admitted to practice in every Florida State Court as well as in the Federal Middle District of Florida, Federal Southern District of Florida and the Supreme Court of Florida. Currently Justin is a Member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the American Bar Association, The Hillsborough County Bar Association (Tax Law Section), Clearwater Bar Association (Bankruptcy Section) and Saint Petersburg Bar Association (Bankruptcy Section).

While in undergrad, he was a founding member of Beta Alpha Psi, a national honors scholastic fraternity for Accounting, Finance and I.T. majors. He was also awarded the 2002 M.E. Rinker Sr. Institute for Tax and Accountancy Award for his recognized outstanding achievements. Justin earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Stetson University College of Law.

Previously, Justin was the Florida Partner of a multi-state bankruptcy and creditor harassment firm with multiple offices in Orlando, Tampa and Miami Florida. While employed at a prominent Asset Protection and Estate Planning firm, Justin wrote and co-authored many legal articles. One of these articles, “How the 2005 Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act Affects Planning for Physicians and Physician Practices” was cited in a recent edition of the Columbia Law Review.  Another article on Motor Vehicle liability is now being sold through Amazon.  Justin has also worked for a very large Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Law firm where he oversaw the efforts of many paralegals while representing the largest national banks.

After gaining useful knowledge of the banks and credit card companies, Justin began The Pikramenos Law Group and started representing debtors in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense. Justin also focuses his practice in Asset Protection, Business Law, IRS Tax Resolution, Estate Planning and all attendant issues.

Attorney Carmen Follis

Attorney Carmen Follis is natively fluent in Spanish and joined PLG in 2011 after gaining some extremely well rounded knowledge at various positions.  Attorney Follis graduated from The New York Law School in New York, NY after also attending Stetson University College of Law.  She also graduated with a B.A. in English Writing and Literature from Fairfield University,  where she earned Deans List.

Carmen gained admission to the New York bar and later into the Florida bar and can currently practice law in both states.  After law school, Attorney Carmen Follis worked as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).  After the FBI,  Carmen worked as a Senior Staff Attorney for Gulfcoast Legal Services where she was responsible for all aspects of Family Law litigation and case management.  She also established and directed a IRS Tax Clinic.  Just before entering private practice, Carmen held the position of General Magistrate in Pinellas County Florida where she acted similarly to a judge.  As a General Magistrate she decided the merits of cases based on hearing and evaluating evidence and witness credibility, analyzing laws and making findings of fact and conclusions of laws and issuing oral and written decisions to resolve those cases. She also provided administrative direction for the deliver of social services to minors.

Carmen currently serves as Juvenile arbitrator for 6th Judicial Circuit (covering Pinellas and Pasco counties), Secretary of the Intercultural Advocacy Institute, member of the Cassandra’s Women Group, and Co-chair of Girlfriends of Pinellas County, Inc. of Pinellas County and the Intercultural Advocacy Institute in Clearwater, Florida and is on the Advisory Board to Protocol by Priscilla where she acts as a trusted business advisor.  Carmen has lived with her family in New York, Puerto Rico, Spain, Seattle and for the last 14 years in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Attorney Alireza (Ali) Eatemadpour

Mr. Eatemadpour is an associate attorney with the Pikramenos Law Group where he is largely responsible for the firm’s consumer bankruptcy and creditor harassment practice handling claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA). After having spent the majority of his youth living in New York, Mr. Eatemadpour moved to Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of South Florida, and later received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Eatemadpour is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida and New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Eatemadpour has established close ties with the Tampa Bay community and now considers it his home.
