forclosure/bankruptcy
I am getting foreclosed on by my condo association as I have not made a payment in over 3 years and owe them +$20K. It will go to the court house steps on March 26th. I would like to be able to stay in the place for at least 4 to 6 more months as I just got a job and it will take me that long to get relocated.
Wells Fargo is the bank that has the loan and they are passive. I have a few other debts that I need to clear as well so I feel it is in my best interest to take this step.
