Hello,
My name is Cynthia and I’m in desperate need of help. I came to Florida to help my dying mother and it’s been extremely hard to get back on track. I was living upstate New York when my mom with into a comma and I’ve been here since. I found a job in Florida three months after coming to Florida and I’ve been working at the courthouse since. During that time, there was a first class action law suite against First Franklin and the Supreme Court approved the Settlement. During March of last year, my lender playing game sending all kinds of letters and I’m so scared and the counseling group that the Supreme Court gave money to help us told me I should file for Brankruptcy. This is the hardest thing for me. I gave all my tears love to get the home and I was doing good until my mom got sick. The lender now is Bank of America and they are filing papers in August.
