Today is April 15th and you should have either filed your taxes or filed an extension to be able to file before October 15, 2010. For those of you with excessive creditors or who are facing foreclosure on your home, you may be (or should be) contemplating filing for bankruptcy. Instead of paying a portion of your credit cards or trying to deal with them individually, why not use this money to get rid of those creditor’s completely? In most cases all of the money that is left after paying for the bankruptcy can be protected too!
Believe it or not Bankruptcy can INCREASE your CREDIT SCORE!!! Contact your local Tampa or Clearwater Bankruptcy Attorney to find out how.
As an aside, it is a requirement for debtor’s filing bankruptcy to have filed their income tax returns. The Tampa and Orlando Bankruptcy Trustees will want copies of your taxes filed too.
